By downloading this software you are granting TSM South, Inc. temporary permission to access your PC. This software makes non-permanent changes to your operating system and will temporarily give control of your desktop to our technician.

To begin, first contact TSM South Service at 800-319-9087 to open a trouble ticket.

When instructed to do so,   the software.

A window will open asking where you would like to save the TSM-SUPPORT application.  

We recommend saving to your Desktop so you can easily locate the file.

When the technician is ready you will be asked to double-click the TSM-SUPPORT application on your desktop. A window will open with a numbered list of Techs. Double-click the number given to you by the Tech you are speaking with.

You may disconnect at any time by right-clicking this icon located on the right side of your taskbar and then selecting Close.

When the support application closes, anything added to your system is automatically removed.
